Manufacturers Defects. If
a product appears to have a manufacturers defect, please email our
Customer Service department for further instructions. Do not return
products without first contacting.
Return Merchandise Policy. You have 10 days from the ship date to receive refunds. Before returning any item, you must email the refund request to firstname.lastname@example.org to receive instructions.
All authorized returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee, unless otherwise stated in the item description. No returns on special orders.
All returns must be pre-approved and have a Return Merchandise Authorization number issued prior to their return. The RMA# must be written on the outside of the return package. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number and are subject to refusal by our shipping department.
Returns must be received within 30 days of original shipment. No returns after 30 days. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost on all returns.
Unauthorized returns and/or shipments refused by customer subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.
Goods that have been damaged by the consumer, have been installed and/or removed, or any item returned that is not in resalable condition (including missing or torn packaging) will be marked non-returnable and returned to the consumer. No refund will be issued in such cases.
If you received a different product than initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:
1. All original contents (product, instructions, etc.).
2. Original packaging and
3. Original invoice or receipt.
Once a return is authorised by our returns department you should:
1. Return the item to the address given to you by our returns department.
2. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. We cannot be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our returns department.
We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all shipping charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses due to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
